Duration Of Training
Professional Coaching Mastery Certification for Coaching Individuals:
60 Hours ICF Accredited ICF Level One Certification for ACC)
Duration of the Certification: 2 months to 6 months depending on your engagement level.
Medium of Delivery for Full Online Training: Video Conferencing via Zoom. Vdeo recorded sessions available in our E-learning Platform
Live Training Dates
Live Training Begins on 13th January 2023
Virtual Training: 8 Consecutive weeks except for International Holidays (4 Hours of learning each Friday)
Time: 8AM – 12NN Zürich Time, every Friday
You may convert your time zone here.
The live sessions are video recorded and placed in our E-learning Platform in case if you missed a session or for revision.

Observed Coaching Practice – 12 Hours

Online Assessment – 2 Hours

Assessment Method
Coaching Practicum: silent assessment with on-going constructive feedback throughout the sessions.
Participation to the silent assessments is mandatory. If the student fails to participate, there will be an extra fee for the final assessment in order to receive the certificate .
- Optional Online Assessment: Consists of 60 Multiple Choice Questions covering practical application of coaching competency. You may complete this online test at your own pace.
Accreditation
Professional Coaching Mastery Certification is fully accredited by the International Coaching Federation – the Gold Standard of Coaching Profession, providing you confidence and credibility to practice as a world-class Professional Coach with Prestigious ICF Accredited ACSTH Certification.

As soon as the registration is completed you can jump-start the online study through the E-learning material while waiting for live training.

Adelina is the Program Director for Europe of Ignite Global, an ICF Accredited Coaching Training Provider that is passionate about equipping coaches with world-class knowledge, so you can confidently bring your coaching skills to your marketplace. She is the lead facilitator of the Professional Coaching Mastery Certification (PCMC EU) training in Europe for individuals, groups and teams.

Fernando Hettiyadura
Fernando Hettiyadura is the founder of Ignite Global, an organization dedicated to the advancement of Human Potential, Human Resource Learning & Development and Coaching as a Profession. Fernando has over 18 years of experience as a Global Executive Coach, Team Development Specialist, Coach Trainer & Mentor with an international outreach.
Fernando is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) designated by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and he is the creator of ICF Accredited Professional Coaching Mastery Certification encompassing Individual, Group and Team Coaching. Currently he is also the Member Relations Director at ICF Bangkok Charter Chapter in Thailand.
His professional journey has enabled him to catalyze the empowerment of individuals ranging from Celebrities, C Level Executives to Politicians. And he has contributed to the development of organizations ranging from INGOs, Fortune 500 Companies to International Associations.
Fernando believes in the individual power of igniting the positive change in the world, and he is passionate in creating social impact in marginalized communities by empowering youth, especially girls. And on a lighter note, Latin dancing and traveling the world are his favourite hobbies.
